Day of Service

Annual Day of Service 

At our core, the Rotary club mission is centered on service to the community. On Saturday, May 20, 2023 our club joined over 500 Rotary clubs across 5 states and 3 countries to participate in the first annual Rotary Day of Service.

Preparations for this event began months earlier, with our club deciding on a one-day service project to directly impact our community.

Our club decided to use the day to celebrate the one year anniversary of the opening of the community fridge and collected food, toiletries and household supplies. Despite the very rainy weather, the spirit of our club members could not be dampened.
